Our Shipping Policy

  • We appreciate any opportunity to take care of you and hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
  • Shipping prices may vary based on the shipping destination, shipping option chosen, and weight of the products you order (see below).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.
    • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to be available.
    • Due to the speed of processing, no order may be cancelled or changed in any way once submitted.
    • If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.
  • Currently, we do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or FPOS.
NOTE: Muscle I.V. cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to conditions beyond our control (such as severe weather or carrier service interruptions).

Our Refund Policy

We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to leave satisfied. Therefore, if something’s not right for you, we’ve got you covered.

  • 30-Day Return Policy
    • Returns must be submitted within 30 days of your package being received by you and must be sent to us within 30 days of your return label being generated and sent to you.
    • Returns are only permitted on the orders made through your account or through another account owned, controlled or operated by you.
    • We are only accept returns, or provide refunds, for orders purchased through muscle-iv.com.
    • Please inspect your order upon receiving it for any potential damages, defects, or if you were sent the incorrect item.
    • We will gladly accept returns of unused items, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, please contact us at Support for instructions on how and where to send your package. With your request, please include some feedback as to why it wasn’t a fit for you.
    • The return must have a receipt to be eligible for a refund or  exchange.
    • We will notify you once we’ve received your return.
    • You’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
      • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days to process the request and post to your account.

NOTE: Items sent back to use without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Items

  • You are solely responsible for any damages or losses associated if you fail to maintain a current or accurate Shipping Address.
  • You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
  • Delivery drivers will sometimes try to hide the package, or leave it with whoever answers the door, in order to prevent theft. We encourage looking around for the order and if you still can’t find it, contact Support for assistance.
